Katie Heaney and I had a long, honest discussion as to HOW a well-educated, well-trained business woman, like myself, could have been “TAKEN” by an online romance scam. It was the “perfect storm” and it can happen to anyone and everyone if the right life circumstances line up. This is my story and includes the how and why things progressed the way they did and how it changed my life. This experience, although a financial disaster, proved to be priceless.
