I am on the Board of Directors of The Society of Citizens Against Relationship Scams (SCARS) and am actively supporting victims/survivors in their recovery.
When people reach out to us after the scam some of the first things they ask are “How can I get my money back?”, “How can I report the scammers?”
and “How can I move forward and trust again?” These are important questions and will take some time to fully understand but here we’re presenting the SCARS “The Three Steps” program – it’s the first step to “recovery.”
