The first time I was called to do a national TV show was actually for an episode on Dr. Oz but they didn’t air for months. Tamron Hall’s staff emailed me and asked if I would share my story and I said “Yes! It’s important that people see that ANYONE can be taken…anyone and I was willing to be the voice of the SURVIVOR.” The “no judgment zone” was present but even my daughter said “There was some judging going on” and that was okay – I have learned to STAND UP and SPEAK UP no matter what.
